It can take up to 24 hours for the system to update. Not all packages are scanned at our warehouse.
The courier may take the packages back to their sorting hubs to be scanned. We reserve the right to change courier at our discretion. We will not make any address corrections or change the address after an order has been placed.
Buyers are responsible for making any changes to their address prior to purchasing. If we are alerted, and can, we may cancel the order, and have you re-order with the correct mailing address. We have a 30 day return period.
If we authorize the return, the customer will get a message with instructions for returning the item. It is the responsibility of the customer to repack the item for return securely.
The replacement will not be sent out until the claim is approved by the courier at fault. Our products require professional installation and we shall not be held responsible for installation/uninstallation of the product. If the product is damaged through installation, we are not held responsible for refunding the product or issuing a replacement. Monday - Friday (Excluding holidays).
